The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. Selective demolition.
2. Architectural construction including picnic shelter installation with electrical components.
3. Site work to include excavation, earthwork, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, sidewalk, pads & curb, stormwater, water, and electrical utilities, basketball and tennis/pickleball court construction, fencing, playground site preparation, landscaping, site amenities, and additional necessary work as defined by the Contract Documents.
4.Contractor shall be required to coordinate and provide equipment for off-loading of owner-purchased playground equipment when it arrives to the project site.
