This project consists of new construction of the following:
• Custom concrete entry arch (Coordination Only)
• Custom concrete columns and seat walls (Coordination Only)
• Custom aluminum arches (Coordination Only)
• Custom ornamental fencing (Coordination Only)
• ADA concrete sidewalks & ramps
• ADA colored concrete sidewalks
• Band Shell building with a raised concrete stage. The building includes a storage and concessions room. Power and water services will be provided for the band shell building.
• Concrete steps and railings
• Band Shell loading dock
• Lighting for the band shell and plaza
• Dog watering bowl
• New storm sewer system
• Providing water to the site
• Plaza lighting system
• Plant material & sod
• Irrigation system
Bids for this work shall include all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, tools/equipment, and services necessary and required to perform the work as set forth in the Contract Documents.
